With more than 23 years of experience as a Wisconsin REALTOR® and Broker Associate, I help buyers and sellers throughout Appleton, Neenah, Menasha, Oshkosh, Green Bay, De Pere, and the surrounding Fox Valley communities make confident, well-informed decisions.

I combine detailed market research, thoughtful preparation, strong negotiation, and honest communication to help my clients understand not only what is happening, but why it matters.
My experience includes residential sales, relocation, luxury properties, new construction, military moves, and complex transactions. I hold the CRS, ABR®, and MRP designations and have spent many years mentoring real estate professionals locally, statewide, and nationally. These credentials are important, but the real value comes from knowing how to apply that experience when the unexpected shows up—and in real estate, it usually does.

When I am not helping clients, I remain active in the community as a victim crisis responder and SANE advocate and support local organizations, youth sports, humane societies, and community outreach programs.
